We at The Fairways Villas at Stonehenge are a community consisting of 106 units, in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood in North Chesterfield, Virginia.  We are very fortunate to border Stonehenge Country Club and the prestigious Stonehenge community.

 

We are a planned development with services and amenities (i.e. trash collection, irrigation, lawn maintenance, exterior power washing and deck staining, to name a few) funded through monthly dues paid by property owners.
